S6 Appeal

September 28, 2012

She’s not happy about someone else wearing a Rancho graphic at the gallery.

Chihuahua hoodie, GROW poster tee and the framed print are available at the new Rancho Reubidoux shop on Søciety 6. In response to readers constantly telling me that particular images would look great framed — as a card, a print, a tee-shirt — I searched for an artist-friendly online shop where I might produce those items. S6 won with a combination of high-quality printing onto a variety of surfaces at low prices …

She puts her best face forward while avoiding the paparazzi flash — and a variety of framing options.

Søciety 6 tees are American Apparel Organic Fine Jersey, made with 100% USDA Certified Organic combed cotton. Hoodies are American Apparel California Fleece Zip-ups; 90% California Fleece cotton and 10% Polyester (I test ordered both and they’re light-weight and comfy; Paul wears his to Zumba!); in styles for men, women and unisex. Art and photo prints are available in a variety of formats and sizes, including framed (with shatterproof acrylic instead of glass, see photo); unframed on 100% cotton rag, acid and lignin free archival paper; and digitally applied onto canvas and then onto wooden stretcher bars. Also available: iPhone cases and iPhone and iPod skins; stationary cards, and totes made of 100% post-industrial recycled cotton. Explore the many choices available for each image …

Fashion forward beneath the garden series, she wears her rubber man tee backwards.

Søciety 6 is concerned about quality and maintaining the integrity of the work of the artists they feature. They’re also big on customer service; I had an order mix-up and they addressed the problem quickly and efficiently with no cost to me … and I didn’t even have to ship back the incorrect item!

SPECIAL EVENT: S6 items ship free through Sunday, September 30 at midnight (offer excludes framed art prints, stretched canvases).

I have been trying to post comments to you for a long time but have been having problems. I can only seem to do so under the horrible blog I started a long time ago under duress! This is Ginny from gypsygirlgrounded. Thanks for the “baby’s arm holding an apple”!

Hey, there! Sorry about your comment troubles … I’m happy to see you again! The baby arm set-up was one of my faves so I had to include it… I have a framed print of it from S6 and it looks really great … thanks again for the inspiration!
