Also, I don’t know if you’re still buying plants and things like, but I was at the Cactus Mart in Morongo Valley today and they’ve discounted a lot (a LOT) of their plants 50%. I didn’t get much because the car was already loaded, but I am definitely going back soon.
Isn’t it fun to put together these combinations? Getting the plants to agree to the picture in your minds eye… The ahh haa when it all comes together… Happy Valentine’s Day to all.
Hi, Megan, no to either, this was a one-off treat for my readers! But it’s easy to accomplish, here’s the how-to:
Buy a heart full of chocolates; eat all of them (that’s what we did, at least); fill shallow openings with soil and 1-inch potted succulents from a big-box hardware store nursery department; rearrange them until you’re pleased with color and foliage relationships. Enjoy!
Absolutely lovely. So unique, I’m impressed.
Thanks, Sandra .. Happy Valentine’s Day
All the best colors, love it!
Thanks, happy Valentine’s Day!
So cute! Happy Valentine’s Day!
Happy Valentines Day to you and the hub!

Interesting… but I’m laying low as far as plant buying goes… thanks for the tip, though!
That grouping of succulents is so beautiful, it looks like a painting.
That’s just natural succulent gorgeousness, happy Valentine’s Day, Carol!
Just between you and me I wish my husband could see this!
Happy Valentines Day to you!
Thanks, Loree! Happy Valentine’s Day to you.

Happy Valentine’s, Vickie!
Do you have an Etsy or e-commerce site, so I can purchase one of your beautiful succulant arrangements?!
