Leftovers To-go

December 1, 2011

Take it away!

So … the first-ever RR Garden Bazaar was a big success … but that doesn’t mean everything went to a new home. There’s still tons left over! And, these leftovers are blocking my views and taking up space. So … here’s the plan:

Because I have a cold and it’s supposed to rain Saturday, we’re going to swing open the back gates at the Rancho Sunday only and give you another chance to pick out something from the ranks of what I used to love and make it your own. Maybe you came to the Bazaar and passed on something — it may still be here waiting for you. There’s plenty of garden decor, planters, industrial coolness and paintings and projects to choose from … and we’ll even throw in some non-garden items and furniture. But, this is only on Sunday, from 8am until 4pm. Come on down, I’m motivated to move the merch! Here’re the details:

RR LEFTOVERS SALE!

Sunday ONLY, Dec. 4th, 8am to 4pm.; 4380 Isabella St., Riverside CA 92501

NO EARLYBIRDS; NO ONE ALLOWED IN UNTIL 8AM!

Parking is prohibited on 14th St.; avoid a ticket and park on Isabella St.

Ahhhh, your sale sounds quite enticing………I too have a bad cold…..and it’s our quarterly Santa Ana garage sale Saturday…I always have a plant boutique in my front yard on those Saturdays but at this moment I think I’d rather be cozy under a blanket come that morning……….I’m sure I’ll feel better after some coffee kicks in…….good luck with your sale and we’ll catch up in the near future..xo

Oh, boy, Guida… the thought of being under a blanket sounds so good… sadly, I’m at the office… I think you’re probably taking the more prudent route but I gotta move this stuff!

Soup and sales, that’s the plan! Sorry you’re ‘stuck’ in SF… I’d love to be stuck there sometime in the near future, maybe next vacay.

So happy with all the amazing treasures I got at your sale today and would love to have another look at whatever might still be available (I live nearby). Please let me know if I can have another go around. Thanks so much! – Lenora

I was wondering if you still had those plant holders… I still think about the one with the arrows sometimes…

Howdy, MM, if you mean these two white plant stands (the one on the left’s got arrows), I do have them … (derp: forgot to include the link, here’s the pic)

I loved seeing your garden again, particularly since you’ll be transforming it into something else soon. Thanks for letting us walk around and dig through your cool stuff and hold Inky. I’ll be able to sleep now that I have that plant holder on my patio!

Cool… Miss Inky seems oddly calm after being cradled as well … always great to see you both + 1.
