Having hundreds of people tour one’s garden is a singular experience … seeing that most of them are raising cameras and taking photographs makes the experience that much more interesting. I couldn’t help but wonder a) what exactly they were seeing that they wanted to remember in a picture?, and b) how can I see those pictures?

Happily, fellow SoCal garden bloggers, Dustin of non-secateur, and Denise of A Growing Obsession, have put up the photographs they took while at the Rancho on Sunday; check out their posts today by clicking on their blog names. Viewing their pictures I’m able to see my garden in a different way … through someone else’s eyes. It adds another layer to the way I perceive my creation … and, really makes me want to get a better camera!

I’m sorry you didn’t make the tour, it was amazingly validating … as was seeing Dustin and Denise’s photos!
